Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of shiplisting.app and the ShipListing services. ShipListing is run by Dhruv C, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. The product is in development

ShipListing is not generally available yet. Features, pricing and timelines described on the site are our current plans and may change. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you or us to anything.

2. Early-bird and presale

The early-bird Lifetime price ($59, normally $99) is limited to the first 100 buyers. Reserving a seat is free; you're only charged if you complete checkout. [Founder: state your presale refund policy here, e.g. a full refund on request until launch, and a full refund if the product doesn't launch by a stated date.] "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate ShipListing, for one user, subject to reasonable fair-use limits on AI generation.

3. Done-for-you makeover ($149 per app)

• Submitting a request is free. We confirm the scope and send a payment link; work starts after payment.
• Planned delivery: within 48 hours after payment, with 1 revision round included. We'll tell you if a request needs longer.
• You confirm you have the rights to the screenshots, names, logos and other material you send us.
• You own the delivered assets and copy once paid, and can use them anywhere. We may show the work as an example only with your permission.

4. No guarantee of store approval or results

We follow Apple's and Google's published requirements, but those rules change and review decisions are theirs. We don't guarantee approval, rankings, downloads or revenue. Review everything before you upload. You're responsible for your app's listing and its compliance with store policies.

5. Free tools

Free tools such as the screenshot size checker are provided as-is, for information only.

6. Payments and taxes

When enabled, purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record [e.g. Dodo Payments / Polar], which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT/GST. Its terms also apply to your purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no spam submissions, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, or unlawful content.

8. Intellectual property

The ShipListing site, software and branding belong to us. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or rejected submissions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
